These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Serptik's website, dashboard, and related services. By registering or using Serptik, you agree to these Terms.

If you use Serptik on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.

Serptik provides keyword rank tracking, SERP monitoring, competitor comparison, and reporting tools. Features and limits depend on your subscription plan. We may update or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorised access.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the service.

You may not misuse the service, attempt to bypass plan limits, scrape or resell our data without permission, interfere with system integrity, or use Serptik for unlawful purposes.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a security risk.

Free and paid plans are described on our pricing page. When billing is enabled, fees are charged according to the plan selected. Taxes may apply. Paid subscriptions renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Refunds are handled according to our published refund policy at the time of purchase.

You retain ownership of data you submit (domains, keywords, etc.). You grant us a licence to process that data to provide the service. Serptik's software, branding, and content remain our property.

Rankings and SERP data are provided "as is" from third-party sources. We do not guarantee accuracy, uninterrupted availability, or specific SEO outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Serptik is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

You may close your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend access for breach of these Terms. Provisions that by nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
